4. Content ownership
All content created by the model remains the intellectual property of the model. Noflexxx Agency does not claim ownership over any content produced by models. The agency is granted a licence to use, distribute, and promote the content solely for the purposes of the agreed services.
5. Compensation
Compensation terms (fixed salary or profit-sharing) are defined in the individual cooperation contract signed between the model and Noflexxx Agency. No upfront fees are charged to models.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the cooperation, personal data, and any sensitive information exchanged during the partnership. Details are specified in the individual agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the cooperation in accordance with the notice period specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, all shared credentials and access rights will be returned or revoked promptly.
8. Limitation of liability
Noflexxx Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any interruption of services beyond our control.
9. Governing law

4. Własność treści
Wszystkie treści stworzone przez modelkę/modela pozostają jej/jego własnością intelektualną. Noflexxx Agency nie rości sobie praw do żadnych treści. Agencja otrzymuje licencję na ich wykorzystanie wyłącznie w celach świadczonych usług.
5. Wynagrodzenie
Warunki wynagrodzenia (stała pensja lub podział zysku) są określone w indywidualnej umowie o współpracy. Nie pobieramy żadnych opłat z góry.
6. Poufność
Obie strony zobowiązują się do zachowania pełnej poufności w zakresie współpracy, danych osobowych i wszelkich poufnych informacji wymienionych w trakcie partnerstwa.
7. Rozwiązanie umowy
Każda ze stron może rozwiązać współpracę zgodnie z okresem wypowiedzenia określonym w indywidualnej umowie. Po rozwiązaniu wszystkie dane dostępowe zostaną zwrócone lub odwołane.
8. Ograniczenie odpowiedzialności
Noflexxx Agency nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za pośrednie, przypadkowe lub wynikowe szkody wynikające z korzystania z naszych usług lub przerw w ich świadczeniu.
9. Prawo właściwe
